2. Description of Service

EdgeGate provides a CI/CD platform for automated regression testing of AI models on Qualcomm Snapdragon hardware. Our services include model validation, performance benchmarking, quality gate enforcement, and compliance reporting.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious code or content that could harm our systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your AI models, data, and content uploaded to EdgeGate. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property. Test results and reports generated by our platform belong to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
